Andrea Hoffman

Being born and raised in Connecticut, I am very happy to call Western Mass my forever home. The sense of community, the small businesses, and the people are what makes this area perfect to settle down, plant roots, and raise our family. Last year, we purchased our forever home in Belchertown, and we could not be happier. I am learning more about plants and gardening; and I love this whole new world! I enjoy cooking, especially for larger groups, and I look forward to hosting many family holidays in my new home.

I began my career in the medical field as a Medical Billing Specialist but decided that I wanted a different role for my future. I began working at NAP in 2019 in the Clerical Department as a Front Desk staff member and scheduler. Since then, I was given the opportunity to grow with the practice being promoted to the Clerical Supervisor, then Clerical Manger, and Clerical Operations Manager. In 2025 I have most recently changed directions again to the Scheduling Coordinator. I am thankful that I have found my second home at NAP and I could not imagine doing anything different with my life.
