  • What are your child’s symptoms? (i.e. vomiting, earache)
  • What is your child’s temperature?
  • Birth – 1 Year: Rectal

  • 4 Years and up: Oral, axillary or ear thermometer. Fever strips are not accurate
  • What have you done so far to relieve your child’s discomfort?

Medication Refills

Please check your current prescription to determine if you have refills remaining. If you have refills remaining, please call your pharmacy to request the refill. If you do not have any refills remaining, please log onto our MyChart Patient Portal to request the refill or leave us a message including your child’s name, date of birth, name and dose of the medication and the best contact number to reach you. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for us to process this refill request. Your prescription will be sent to your pharmacy electronically.

MyChart Patient Portal

Please use your portal to request a prescription refill, send a message to your provider, send a picture, or schedule a well visit.

Appointments

We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. Our scheduling staff will do their best to re-schedule you promptly.

Hours

We now have 8:00 am to 8:30 am Monday through Friday as virtual sick “walk-in” time. You can book a virtual sick appointment for the next morning 24 hours prior by signing into the MyChart Patient Portal.

Evening Hours

Acute care evening hours are by appointment from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in our Northampton office. If there is an ongoing issue for which you would like your child seen, please schedule a daytime appointment with your child’s primary care provider.

Weekend Hours

We are available to see your sick child by appointment from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on the weekends in our Northampton office. Please do not hesitate to call if you are concerned about your child. You are, after all, the best judge of your child’s condition.
